About the host

Pensieri di Cavatina is a thriving farm covering around 20 hectares among the picturesque Colli Senesi in the heart of Tuscany. The protagonists of the estate are undoubtedly the long rows of vines that embrace the hillside, which give life to the famous Chianti Classico. Hundreds of lush olive trees and a beautiful garden full of fragrant flowers and aromatic Mediterranean herbs also help to make the atmosphere magical. This evocative landscape is the setting for typical farmhouses of the Tuscan countryside which have been finely restored to become comfortable and elegant rooms, where we are happy to welcome our guests. In Pensieri you can immerse yourself in the true soul of Chianti.
