In our workshop located in the heart of Bordeaux, come discover the art of wine tasting and food & wine pairings in a friendly and fun atmosphere. During this workshop, you will taste 3 great Bordeaux wines paired with:
– Sturgeon rillettes with French caviar
– Artisanal dried duck breast
– Farmhouse blue cheese

After a quick introduction to Bordeaux wines & terroirs, and the steps of wine tasting, our sommelier will introduce you to the 3 main principles for successful food and wine pairings, with practical application, of course!

Each pairing will be an opportunity to tell you about the products tasted, their history, and the reasons why we offer each pairing. We have specially selected local artisanal foods and fine wines for interesting pairings.

Olala Bordeaux is an agency offering vineyard excursions and wine tasting workshops in our wine cellar workshop. Our agency is located in the heart of Bordeaux, rue Mably, a stone's throw from the Grand Théâtre.
