In this tasting, we embrace the challenging task of selecting five references from the Dom Diogo and Quinta da Raza ranges. We will begin by highlighting the native grape varieties of the Basto, Azal and Padeiro sub-region, in the respective single-variety varieties of the Dom Diogo range. We will continue our tasting with the most consensual wine from Quinta da Raza, the Alvarinho–Trajadura blend, followed by the single-variety Quinta da Raza Alvarinho, where the noblest Portuguese white grape variety expresses its full potential. We will finish with a wine of superlative quality: Quinta da Raza Avesso-Alvarinho, a powerful, full-bodied and highly complex wine.

Guided tour of the areas dedicated to wine tourism at Quinta da Raza;
Commented tasting of 5 wines: Dom Diogo Azal, Dom Diogo Padeiro, Quinta da Raza Alvarinho-Trajadura, Quinta da Raza Alvarinho and Quinta da Raza Avesso-Alvarinho;
Pairing with traditional cornbread, regional cheese and sausage board, organic toasts, homemade jams/jams.
