Each year, in addition to our classic range of wines, we also craft a small number of very limited and exceptionally fine wines. Bottlings such as our prestige cuvée, Fifty One Degrees North.
These are wines which demonstrate the most luxurious and innovative aspects of our winemaking – whether that’s especially generous time on lees, use of the finest barrels or the choice of particularly expressive and high-quality fruit.
The Gusbourne Icons Experience is your chance to enjoy a selection of these rare wines – bottles which are not usually available to taste. One of our knowledgeable ambassadors will guide you through each of these gems before you sit down for a delicious four-course lunch, accompanied by your favourite limited-edition wines.
The four-course menu, created by our Head Chef Anthony Coppard, will feature the finest seasonal, local ingredients, chosen to complement the wines served.
The day begins at 11.30am and we expect to be finished at 3.30pm.
