This relaxed and informative tasting of our four classic sparkling wines is the perfect introduction to the Gusbourne range. Your host will pour each wine in turn, sharing winemaking insights, vintage details and answering your questions. The experience will last around an hour and takes place at our award-winning tasting room and cellar door, The Nest.

The bottlings included are: Gusbourne Brut Reserve, a balanced and approachable blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier; Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs an elegant and mineral Chardonnay; Gusbourne Rosé, a beautiful, complex blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay; Gusbourne Blanc de Noirs, a characteristically intense sparkling.

Your host will talk you through the four sparkling wines while allowing you the time to enjoy the surroundings of The Nest. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay and explore the vineyards at your leisure

About the host

In 2004, our founder Andrew Weeber planted the first vines on Gusbourne Estate’s coastal escarpment in Kent, in the far southeastern corner of England. Andrew had a clear vision: to create the world’s finest sparkling wines.

Today – two decades on – we’re still driven by this same ambition. We’re proud to have earned recognition in international wine competitions, with hundreds of medals, including several prestigious "Best in Show" wins. In 2023, we were named WineGB Estate Winery of the Year for the third consecutive year, and in 2024, we were honoured with a spot in the ‘Top 50’ of the ‘World’s Best Vineyards’ awards.

The Nest, our award-winning tasting room and cellar door, is open year-round, offering a warm welcome to visitors. Located just under an hour from London and nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside, our estate is the perfect spot to spend the day. Take in the stunning views while sipping a glass of our English Sparkling Wine. We’re delighted to host impromptu guests with self-guided tours and wine-tasting flights. If you're after something more immersive, we offer a variety of ticketed experiences, including casual summer dining in the vineyards, expert-led tutored tastings, and seasonal lunches at The Nest.

We currently have 93 hectares under vine across Kent and Sussex, and three grape varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
