We will begin the tour in the vineyard, a privileged environment that highlights the ecological and regenerative viticulture that we practice and, at the same time, we will learn about the essential element, the grape. It is in this landscape where we will taste one of our still wines, Gres de Anima Mundi, 100% Xarel lo.
Once in the winery, we will discover the frenzy of the grape harvest, the elaborations in tanks and barrels, and the silence of the bottles that keep the personality of each of our wines.
We will finish the visit with a guided tasting of three Clàssic Penedès sparkling wines: AT Roca Reserva, AT Roca Rosat Reserva and Esparter.
