At Domaine Cazes, three generations of winegrowers have worked with the same artisan-winemaker spirit since 1895. For more than 25 years, the entire 220-hectare estate has been cultivated biodynamically.

The vineyard covers an area of 220 hectares with a diversification inspired by our thirst to understand and try new things, but also by the many terroirs that exist in the region. These terroirs are ideally located at the crossroads of the Agly terraces, straddling the villages of Rivesaltes and Salses-le-Château. The soil, predominantly clay-limestone, with schist rubble and siliceous pebbles, is remarkably favorable to the production of very high quality wines.
