On the program: the tasting of three vintages of Champagne and our ratafia.
These 3 vintages are all composed of the same blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, but vinified using different methods. This experience will allow you to discover the subtleties that differentiate these three champagnes and to dive into the heart of our know-how.
