About the host
The passion for wine has been passed down from generation to generation: the three Brothers work together in their vineyards to obtain the great wines of this generous land. Valpolicella, Ripasso, Recioto, Amarone are wines appreciated throughout the world and now recognized among the greatest Italian wines.
Their grandfather always said that to obtain an excellent wine you have to start from the vineyard. And so the decision was made to avoid chemical treatments on the vines, to use only natural fertilization and to thin out the bunches when they are still green to allow the vine to reach the highest quality.
The manual work in the fields, the hand-picking of the best bunches, the slow and natural drying, the fermentation without inoculation of yeasts, the long aging in barrels are some of the steps that describe the birth of an important bottle.
Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto, these are the wines of Valpolicella and the Vogadori brothers are an interpretation of them.
So much tradition but also so much research: from pure Corvina from dried grapes to the Garganega bubbles, from Molinara Rosato to Essenza 0,0 a wine with 0 alcohol content.
For those who want to stop for a few days there is also the possibility of staying in the cellar where there is a beautiful view of Valpolicella and you are immersed in the middle of the vineyards!
