About the host
Distilleria Alma is the first distillery dedicated to the production of Rum in Italy and one of the few currently active in Sicily.
We are farmers, artisans and distillers.
We produce in small batches and follow the entire process; from the countryside to the glass; this means that we grow our raw material, sugar cane, we press it in the distillery to extract the juice that will become must, we ferment, distill and bottle on site.
