Tasting of our two Non-dosed Cuvées, accompanied by salmon.

For this service, we invite you to discover our two Non-Dosed vintages: La Cuvée Pure and Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru. They have been specially made with residual sugar, without adding sugar during disgorging. To accompany these two bottles, two varieties of salmon will be offered to you: Gravlax Salmon and Smoked Salmon.

This will be an opportunity to connect to our unique and protected marine subsoil, while combining the know-how of our vines.

Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, a major Pinot Meunier production site, in the Marne Valley. From a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon has produced exceptional Champagnes in the purest respect for traditions while favoring innovation. Heirs to a know-how passed down from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon run the family estate and work in collaboration with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of Vineyard and Wines.
