Dive into the Pierre Paillard Universe and let yourself be guided on a sensory journey from the vineyard to our chef’s table.

Created by Antoine and Quentin Paillard, this immersive experience will begin at the heart of our historic vineyard: “Understanding the interaction between the vine and the wine is to understand the Pierre Paillard philosophy” and continue 16 meters underground in our 19th-century Crayères and our cellar, where wines are vinified.

You will carry on the experience with a guided tasting of our wines, followed by lunch at our Chef’s table. Enjoy a four-course menu delicately paired with our house’s iconic cuvées.

About the host

Our family domain, a historic 11-hectare vineyard, is located in the legendary Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy. Today, it is run by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard, the eighth generation of winegrowers. Since 2016, we have worked to define the « Antoine et Quentin » Paillard spirit. The following criteria have become essential to our signature: the conversion of our vineyards to organic farming, respectful soil practices to obtain high vine maturity with qualitative yields, and long aging in oak.
