In our vineyards you can explore one of the most forgotten wine-growing territories in Spain and discover the legacy of our ancestors. In the winery we will taste wines from various plots and you will be able to see how each terroir is expressed differently in the glass.

Tour of our vineyards located on the slopes of Villanueva and immersed in the forest. In them we show the work of preserving the rufete grape, the care of the century-old vines and our ecological cultivation methods.
Visit to the semi-buried winery, microvinifications per plot and barrel room.
Tasting of five wines, including wines from plots of centuries-old vines.

Bodega Cámbrico is located in the heart of the national park and the European Biosphere.
Sierra de Francia Reserve in Salamanca, Spain. Vineyards have been cultivated here since Roman times.
The best vineyards are on steep slopes and granite and slate soils that formed during the Cambrian Age (about 500 million years ago). Cambrian is made only with grapes from old vines (between 40 and 100 years old) located on the terraces that have the best conditions for making excellent grapes.
In the 20th century, many vineyards were slowly abandoned due to the impossibility of mechanizing vineyard work on terraced slopes. Since 2000 in Cámbrico we have recovered the old vineyards with native varietals -Rufete, Aragonés (Tempranillo), Calabrés and Rufete Blanca, and adapted the plots to organic viticulture.
