Born in Monforte, Alto Alentejo, Nelson Martins has been the winemaker responsible for the profile of Reynolds wines for 18 years. His training in agronomic engineering allowed him to have in-depth knowledge about different types of soil, plants and the most varied behaviors of nature depending on the location where they are found. Committed, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable about the simplest and most complex processes, he has been mainly responsible for the unique profile of our wines, by enhancing the authenticity of our grapes and our terroir. Nelson is passionate about the world of wine, he is ultra sensitive, he has each of his 5 senses super sharp, with the memory of an elephant, it is an immense pride for us to present him as our winemaker!
