Walk through Pago de Saltamontes, a vineyard that is more than 150 years old where we will explain both the cultivation processes of the queen grape of the area, Verdejo, and the work of recovering extinct varieties that we have been carrying out since the winery.
You may also be surprised by the history of our Third Order, an 18th century church rehabilitated by Javier Sanz and converted into an exclusive event space in La Seca. Here you can taste the most representative wines of the winery.

About the host
Four generations of winegrowers who for more than 150 years have continued the tradition in the Valladolid municipality of La Seca. The vineyards of Javier Sanz Viticultor are distributed in a mosaic of plots, farms and payments where we practice sustainable viticulture within the Rueda Designation of Origin in which quality prevails over quantity.
The strains are favored by three elements: the soil, the continental climate and the Verdejo grape (with great personality and optimal potential for winemaking), which achieves the characteristic freshness, complexity and balance of our wines. We are the result of the personality of a territory, a winery and a tradition.
