About the host

The passion for vines and wine has been passed down for 4 generations in the Boutemy family.

Château Haut-Lagrange is a family property created in 1989 by Francis Boutemy, in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. The passion for vines and wine was passed on to him by his grandparents, at the time owners of a neighboring Cru Classé in Léognan.

Ghislain Boutemy, son of Francis, now manages the vineyard and winemaking. He is surrounded by a permanent team of 3 people who share the same passion for vines and wine.
