Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 48 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

About the host
Quinta do Convento de São Pedro das Águias is an iconic property located in Vale do Távora, Portugal. The Quinta has been fundamental to the history of the Douro. It dates back to the 12th century, when monks from the Cistercian Order settled on the property and contributed to the beginning of viticulture in the region. In addition to its history as one of the oldest producers in the Douro, Quinta do Convento de São Pedro das Águias' extraordinary terroir sets it apart from other properties. The Quinta is a reference for Port wines and DOC Douro wines. Since 2018, Quinta do Convento de São Pedro das Águias has been part of Kranemann Wine Estates and is the crown jewel in a new wine and wine tourism project in a unique area of the Douro: the Távora Valley.
