This wine tourism offer consists of a guided tour of our winemaking process.
The tour will take place in the technical buildings, including the winery where the barrels and amphorae are located, and continues in the vat room with the concrete and stainless steel vats.
It continues with a guided tasting of two wines paired with two chocolates, created in partnership with a chocolatier from Mérignac (Bordeaux region), carefully selected by our team especially for this tasting.
It concludes with an additional glass of Château Saint Ahon wine and some regional sweets.

About the host

Château Saint Ahon has been a family property for 3 generations located in the Haut-Médoc appellation. Property of Charles de Montesquieu in the 18th century, it is today classified as a “Remarkable Monument”. In 1985, the Countess and Count Bernard de Colbert became the owners of Château Saint Ahon. Today, their daughter Françoise, her husband Nicolas and their daughter Alice have taken over the reins. Firmly convinced that “only a beautiful vine can produce a good wine”, the choices are resolutely focused on current know-how and the preservation of our biodiversity.
