This wine tour retraces the production of the Château's wines, the importance of our biodiversity, our work in the vineyard and cellars, up to the final stage of bottling.
The tasting time arrives; four cheeses carefully chosen by our team to accompany the Château's varietal jellies and fresh country bread, all in harmony with four of the estate's wines, carefully selected by us according to the season.
And before leaving, you'll have the opportunity to taste some of the region's delicacies...

About the host

Château Saint Ahon has been a family property for 3 generations located in the Haut-Médoc appellation. Property of Charles de Montesquieu in the 18th century, it is today classified as a “Remarkable Monument”. In 1985, the Countess and Count Bernard de Colbert became the owners of Château Saint Ahon. Today, their daughter Françoise, her husband Nicolas and their daughter Alice have taken over the reins. Firmly convinced that “only a beautiful vine can produce a good wine”, the choices are resolutely focused on current know-how and the preservation of our biodiversity.
