For a few hours, visitors are challenged to step into the role of a winemaker to produce their own wine.
The experience begins with a walk through the vineyards, to the Mill. At the top, while enjoying the stunning landscape, we talked about the Atlantic influence, three centuries of accumulated stories and history, and the path charted from now on.
It's time to get to work. Each participant will taste three monovarietal wines, from emblematic grape varieties, and define the blend that best corresponds to their preferences. It's an excellent opportunity to test personal palates and tastes, but also to share your attempts with the person next door. At the end, everyone takes home their choice, bottled and labeled by themselves. With personalized label, as expected.
The visit to Folgorosa ends at the table, the place where Portuguese hospitality is best expressed.
