Designed for all those who love the world of wine, the "visit with tasting and light lunch" is a space/time journey that begins with the winter pruning of the vines and ends with the tasting ritual.
During the visit to our ORGANIC vineyards we will go through all the salient phases of the agronomic, phenological and biological cycle together to understand the complexity of the vineyard ecosystem and low environmental impact agriculture.
We will then move to the historic cellar where we will discover the chemical-physical and microbiological processes necessary for our quality productions. We will continue the journey in the sensorial tasting room to grasp and better understand the organoleptic complexity of our wines.
The visit will end with a light lunch organized to capture the emotions that the right food/wine combination offers to our palate and spirit.
