Visit to the producer and tasting of cheeses produced in the region. Despite changing times and new technologies, traditional cheese remains faithful to the customs of the region where it is located and the ancient techniques used. The program includes: visit to Quinta do Soito and wine cellar; wine tasting and visit to a traditional and artisanal cheese factory with cheese tasting.

About the host
Soito Wines is a family company dedicated to the production and sale of high quality wines. It was created in 2013 by a couple of teachers, José Carlos and Sandra Soares, two passionate about Dão wine who one day decided to take advantage of the unique opportunity to explore the family property that has been producing wine for more than a century - Quinta do Soito.
To get to Quinta do Soito:
- coming from the north - on the A1 Aveiro / Viseu exit onto the A25; from the south, exit Coimbra / Viseu onto Ip3.
Distances: from Lisbon - 290 km; from Porto - 133 km; from Coimbra - 90 km; from Faro - 530 km.
(It must be placed on the Soito Wines GPS).
