It all started here, in Santa Lucia, in this village of a few houses, in the early 1900s, when Grandfather Celso, my father's father, purchased the Cà Neuva farmhouse and the land associated with it.
We don't know the precise date, but thanks to an old letter found in the attic, in which Matteo Ghiglione from Entracque ordered 20 brente probably for his own tavern, we know that Dolcetto was already being produced in our farmhouse in 1916.
Our philosophy is to integrate tradition with innovation.
