Basing Lavradores de Feitoria on an unprecedented management model in the Douro, we seek beyond the natural historical context in the region, to explain the true essence and philosophy of the company as well as its birth. Much more than a wine cellar, we seek to highlight the entire identity of the region and naturally its most valuable asset, its people.
That said, the visit itself and through a simple guide, in addition to this historical framework, follows an itinerary that starts at our wine store/tasting room, passes through the vineyard surrounding the winery, then passes through the winery itself where it is explained the entire winemaking process.
Our visitors will also have the opportunity to see our bottling and labeling line, our history room and our barrel room where the emphasis is on the types of oak and how they are used, ending in the tasting room with the wine tasting that you want to join.
