The Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec is nestled at the back of a paved courtyard, in a charming private mansion. A small, artisanal distillery where every detail counts, it is distinguished by its refined atmosphere and the omnipresence of plants—plant prints, a cabinet of curiosities, and subtle aromas.

For two hours, accompanied by a spirits sommelier, you will discover the secrets of distillation, the role of botanicals, and the different styles of gin while exploring the fascinating history of this spirit. You will have the opportunity to taste several gins and house cocktails, understand their aromas and production techniques, and then create your own bespoke recipe using ingredients of your choosing. A sensory and creative experience, combining learning, tasting, and the pleasure of leaving with your own bottle of gin.

The Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec is an urban micro-distillery specialised in gin and located in the first arronddissement of Paris, in the heart of the historical quarter of the Louvre. It is a venue dedicated to craft spirits, produced exclusively from responsibly sourced French ingredients. The distillery is also open to the public for gin making workshops and visits and tastings, created in order to share the passion for the gin and spirits world. On demand, the distillery can also be rented as a private space for events.
