Discover the art of extra virgin olive oil in the splendid setting of the Fattoria San Michele a Torri, in the heart of Tuscany.

In this unique experience, oil is the real protagonist! Join us for a guided tour through the olive grove, where we will reveal every phase of the production of green gold: from the olive harvest to the bottling.

The visit continues in the ancient Orciaia, where you can participate in a guided tasting of 4 extra virgin olive oils. Among them:

About the host

Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located in the heart of Chianti, 15 km away from Florence. It takes its name from a village of the same name, and is located on a beautiful hill on the outskirts of Florence, from which you can admire the wonderful Tuscan panorama full of vineyards, olive groves and woods. It covers 1113 hectares of land of which 90 hectares are cultivated with vineyards, 140 hectares with olive groves and the remaining part with arable land, forest and Cinta Senese breeding.
Paolo Nocentini, current owner of the company, has given new impetus and development to the traditional agricultural activity, expanding and renewing the crops and directing it towards the organic production of typical Tuscan products.
The territory of Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located between the wine areas of Chianti Colli Fiorentini (75 hectares of vineyards) and Chianti Classico (15 hectares of vineyards) where fragrant, velvety red wines of great character are produced from the vineyards of both production areas.
