On our guided tour and tasting experience, you will have a unique and exclusive 60-minute insight into our property. This experience consists of visiting our vineyards, where you will receive an introduction to the culture of viticulture and its unique characteristics in the Douro.
You will visit the winery, where we will share with you the most common wine techniques in our winery, as well as an overview of how wine is produced in the Douro region.
Finally, you will begin a wine tasting in our tasting room (3), as well as a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil, from the most recent harvest, and also our honey, from our 170 beehives.

About the host
Quinta do Jalloto is a fifth-generation family vineyard and winery that has been operating since 1873, under the leadership of the Moreiras. Our 20-hectare (50-acre) property produces a variety of wines, including white, rosé, port and mostly red wines. In addition to our vineyard, we also have olive groves on our property that are over 150 years old and produce extra virgin olive oil. We are also hobby beekeepers.
