Start the day with a typical Catalan lunch in the winery's garden, in Subirats, in the heart of Penedès. Taste the local products with the song of the birds as a soundtrack and the views of the estate's vineyards.
Lunch includes: cold meats, cheeses, bread with tomato, olive oil, wine and/or cava (½ bottle/pp), seasonal fruit, water and coffee. For the little ones, organic grape juice.
After lunch, we will walk through the winery's vineyards, all located around the Massana family's pairal house. We will learn about the history of the winery and the family, the fundamental pillars in the production of all wines and cavas; ecology and biodynamics, and the main techniques in the vineyard. We will finish with a tasting between strains of three wines or sparkling wines.
