This lunch offers a taste of local flavours, with traditional products from our own producers or from small producers. You can enjoy this meal as a complement to our tastings and visits or pair it with Alvarinhos.
Quinta de Folga raises Bísaro pigs in an ecological way, following traditional recipes from Melgaço. Prados de Melgaço produces goat cheese with high-quality milk, resulting in exquisite cheeses. The bread is from Melgaço, Zé's honey comes from a local producer and the butter is flavoured with herbs from our farm. The pumpkins for the homemade jam come from our organic vegetable garden and orchard.
The main course is Beef shoulder cooked with Soalheiro Oppaco, accompanied by organic potatoes and vegetables. Dessert includes traditional recipes and fruit from our orchard.
This experience pairs well with a The Pur Terroir infusion and can include a Selection of Alvarinhos, exploring various aspects of this wine.
