Curious or wine lovers, we welcome you to the family estate. We will share with you the understanding of Burgundy wines with pedagogy and simplicity.

You will leave with the keys to understanding the five emblematic coasts of Burgundy. You will finally have the explanation of the pyramid of appellations as well as the terroirs of the Côte Chalonnaise. And finally we will pass on to you our passion for the climates of Rully and Mercurey.

To experience this immersion in Burgundy to the end, you will be invited to move to a plot to understand the work of the vines in organic farming. After spending time in our vat room, the making of our wines will no longer hold any secrets for you. We will end the visit with a tasting of five organic wines (villages and 1er crus).

This tour is offered for children under 12 years old. For children, we offer independent coloring and board games.

About the host

The Ninots have been coopers and winegrowers since the 14th century. Brother and sister, we took over the family estate together. We cultivate, produce and market several AOP Rully and Mercurey terroirs thanks to our 13 hectares of certified organic vines. We offer visits, tastings as well as workshops aimed at explaining and discussing the profession of winegrower, the vine and wine. Real moments of sharing.
