Tasting of our vintages at the Cellar.
Come and discover our different red and rosé vintages: Château de Minière, Centennial Vines, Rosé de Minière...With the star grape variety of our region: Cabernet Franc.

We also produce a sparkling red and a rosé “Bulles de Minière” following the ancestral method (natural sparkling), without adding sugar or yeast.

Château de Minière is now certified in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert).

Was very interesting learning the different wines from the Region. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We had a good range of wines to taste and obviously we wanted to take several bottles home with us.
