Immerse yourself in the heart of our estate for an authentic experience, combining ancestral know-how and a passion for wine, all centered around our unique terroir.

The tour begins with a tour of our vineyards and winery (approximately 30 minutes), during which we'll explain the different stages of producing our white, red, and rosé wines: vineyard work, harvest, vinification, and aging.

Then it's time for the tasting! Let yourself be guided through a personalized tasting of our 10 vintages, tailored to your tastes: white, red, or rosé, from our IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, AOP Languedoc, and AOP Terrasses du Larzac appellations. A moment of sharing, narrated by our passionate team.

If you wish, extend the experience with a 1.2-km self-guided and educational trail through the vineyards—an ideal stroll to combine nature, knowledge, and pleasure.

About the host

Château Capion welcomes you in an idyllic setting with its splendid residence dating from the 16th century as well as its 12 hectares of parks and gardens.

The Domaine has 49 hectares of vines cultivated with respect for the terroir and biodiversity. We have been registered in organic farming certification since 2020.

Come and visit our places rich in history and taste our cuvées produced with know-how and passion.
