Passionate about (viti)culture and history, we will be delighted to accompany you on this unusual visit: at the heart of our family wine-growing business, in perpetual motion... We travel through the centuries through period objects in the historical rooms of the Château de Luc, to the 14th century underground cellar.
We go back in time to relive the great moments that shaped the landscapes and vineyards of Languedoc!
A historical and gustatory immersion in the epic of the Midi wine region, from the Golden Age of the 19th century to the great revolt of 1907!
Then we will introduce you to the tasting cellar, installed in an old stable, to taste our organic wines, a wide range between the IGP Pays d'Oc, the AOC Languedoc, Corbières and Minervois. We will answer all the questions you may have about the management of the vineyard, the winemaking, the beautiful sites to visit in the surroundings...

For more than 14 generations, Famille Fabre has been passionate about and living for wine in Languedoc with today 5 châteaux. Great tour and good information on the history. We tried 6 different wines and they were all good. One white was my favourite but I really enjoyed sampling the orange wine!
