About the host

In 1996, we settled in Pougny, in the French department Nièvre, to devote ourselves to vine growing and wine elaboration which respect the Loire Valley vineyard traditions. We took over the 0,3 ha of vines from the grandfather of the family farm. Our 17-Hectare estate is situated within the Pouilly Fumé and Coteaux du Giennois appellation.

In order to express the real potential of our 14 cuvées : we explore every expression of our terroir : this is how our estate can offer regularly new cuvées, creating a true aroma collection.

Our tourguide was very enthousiastic, friendly and took his time. We had a wonderful private tour this afternoon. The wines were very tasty and the place itself was interesting to see. We got to know more knowledge about the region and the wines.
