In the heart of the historic building of the Amirault Family, you will taste our wines accompanied by a local verrine, (Terre, Sea or Vegetarian) and from the best local producers.
We will explain to you all the stages from the vine to the glass: The work in the vineyard, our work philosophy, the notions related to Organic, biodynamics, the Nature Method wines, how to better understand the different Labels, the differences of terroirs, the notion of "parcel"...
You will leave with our "creed" in mind: Wines that have the taste of the place!

About the host

The Amirault family has been producing wines at Clos des Quarterons for over 180 years.
180 years of meetings, of sharing, around a team from various origins,with complementary personalities, who seek to transmit their passion for local wines.
Together, we seek to produce wines that reflect an origin, a typicity. We observe, we experiment, we challenge our beliefs to produce sustainably.
We want future generations to benefit like us from what Nature can offer us.
This is why we have been producing organic and biodynamic wines for more than 10 years, under the DEMETER certification.
