“Le Bignele” welcomes you!
Our staff will accompany you on the tour of the cellar, explaining the winemaking processes. We then continue in the dining room, with a guided tasting of the 7 wines of our production, paired with a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. This small food and wine tour aims to enhance our wines but also to introduce other products of our territory.
Tasting: Rosè and Rosso veronese IGT, Valpolicella Classico and Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC and Amarone DOCG. Tradition will not be missing: Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG.

Our friends, colleagues, relatives, wives, husbands and teetotal boyfriends can also accompany us and live the experience with us.
For them, a visit to the cellar, a glass of cherry juice and a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses are included.

About the host

Le Bignele winery takes its name from the homonymous locality, where the Aldrighetti family has been cultivating the area for 5 generations. They grow native grapes of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara to produce quality wines; cherry trees for the production of jams and olive trees for olive oil.
We produce a Veronese rosè and a Veronese red IGT, Valpolicella Classico DOC, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Classico Ripasso DOC, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG.
We are waiting for you in the cellar to let our wines tell their story!
