A guided tour from the vineyard to the barrel cellar to discover our Biodynamic processing methods and the secrets of the Fengh Shui cellar. At the end, a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by a selection of cheeses and cured meats from local producers, various types of bruschetta following the seasons and vegetables from our synergic garden.

Caiarossa is located a few steps away from the small medieval village of Riparbella, on the west slope of a hill facing the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation which protects the vineyard naturally. The position is an integral part of this estate charm that, although it has been existing since 1998, let visitors feel like the first ones to discover it.
The desire to create a place where the production of high-quality wines is combined with respect for the environment and the beauty of simplicity comes true following biodynamic rules.
