We will begin the visit with an introduction (general information about the Estate, the AOP Côtes de Provence, etc.).
Then, we will take a short tour of the vineyard with explanations of our (organic) working methods.
We will end our walk in the cellar where we will explain the harvest and the vinification to you. You will then see the fermentation room, the barrel cellar and our bottling apparatus.
Finally, we will taste 3 cuvées from the Domaine together. During this tasting, I will give you explanations on the desire of the winemaker and his team to make wines of excellence in total harmony with the nature that surrounds us.
