Classic method tasting with guided tour

GUIDED TOUR
Your experience begins with a guided tour of our company to discover and delve into the world of the Classic Method, from the vineyard to the glass! We start from the vineyards, continue in the winemaking cellar and in the Classic Method refinement room for a focus dedicated to this fascinating world.
TASTING
The experience continues with the tasting of POGGIO DEI DUCA “BUBBLE OF THE YEAR” according to the Gambero Rosso Vini d’Italia 2025 guide and 3 other Classic Method sparkling wines.
In the glass:
• Poggio dei Duca Pas Dosé (from Pinot Noir grapes – 48 months on the lees)
• Riva Rinetti Pas Dosé (from Pinot Noir grapes – 48 months on the lees)
• Cuvée Rosé Pas Dosé (from Pinot Noir grapes – 72 months on the lees)
• Riserva della Famiglia Pas Dosé (from Pinot Noir grapes – 120 months on the lees)
On the plate: followed by a wine tasting, mixed appetizers, seasonal risotto and a final dessert.
