Tasting at Champagne Guyot-Guillaume

The Guyot-Guillaume family finds its winegrowing roots in Méry-Prémecy, a typical Champagne village, located about fifteen kilometers from Reims.

Geneviève and Jacques Guyot arrived in this small village in 1954 and planted their first vines in the early 1960s.
Dominique, their son, accompanied by Catherine, his wife, took over in the mid-1970s. They developed the vineyard and the direct sale of family production.
Today, the adventure continues... It is Agathe and Thomas, brother and sister, third generation of the family, who are at the head of the Domaine.
With the same passion for the vine and wine, they perpetuate the tradition and know-how of Champagne, while bringing a touch of modernity. The House obtained its HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) certifications in July 2019.
The grape varieties give pride of place to Pinot Meunier, there are also more anecdotal Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, making it possible to create 6 cuvées with a well-marked character and style.
